Avmaps started in 2019 when I was living and working in Longreach QLD. I found I had a knack for mapping, and created a few pretty basic maps for properties. I soon realised very few properties had digital property maps, and thought I could give it a crack.

Since starting Avmaps, I spent a couple of years working on stations throughout Western Queensland and the NT, and I know how handy a good property map is - particularly one with an in-built GPS. I really enjoy working with landholders and being able to provide this service.

Originally focusing on properties in Queensland, the business has expanded into NSW and we are now looking at other states as demand grows.

My relevant skills and experience include 2+ years working on stations and 7+ years working for state and local government. I also hold a Bachelor of Environmental Management and a Graduate Certificate of Science (Agricultural Science).
